How Truck Delivery Works

Large hospital beds ship by freight from our New Jersey fulfillment center. Freight delivery is different from a small parcel shipment, so it helps to prepare before the carrier arrives.

What to Expect

• In-stock products usually ship within 1–2 business days.
• Tracking is provided after the carrier receives your order.
• The carrier may contact you to schedule delivery when required.
• Have an adult available at the delivery location.

Before Delivery

• Measure the entrance, hallway, and bedroom path.
• Clear the path from the door to the room.
• Plan for help moving and assembling large items.
