Which hospital bed is right for me?

Choose based on mobility level, caregiver needs, room size, weight capacity, mattress needs, and whether height adjustment is important for safer transfers.

Shipping

Where do U.S. orders ship from?

All U.S. orders ship from our New Jersey warehouse.

How long does it take for a hospital bed to arrive?

In-stock hospital beds usually ship within 1–2 business days from New Jersey. Transit time depends on your address and freight carrier schedule.

Do I need help receiving truck delivery?

Hospital beds are large freight items. We recommend having an adult available and measuring the delivery path before arrival.

Setup

How hard is assembly?

We recommend two adults for setup. Read the setup guide before delivery and contact us if you need help.

Will this bed fit in a home bedroom?

Confirm product dimensions, doorway width, hallway turns, and caregiver clearance before ordering.

Warranty

Is there a warranty?

Hospital beds include a 1-year limited warranty.

What if a part breaks?

Email service@epachois.com with your order number, photos or video, and a short description of the issue.

Returns

What is the return window?

Epachois offers a 30-day return window. Please contact us before returning an item so we can guide the process.

HSA/FSA

Can I use HSA/FSA funds?

Eligible for purchase with HSA/FSA funds when prescribed by a physician. We provide a detailed receipt for reimbursement.
