About Shipping Fee
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders.
On the Epachois website, all products are eligible for free shipping on all U.S. orders to enhance the user experience. For consumers outside the United States, Epachois is currently unable to provide shipping services. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Tax Policy
All taxes are included in the product price, so customers do not need to bear any additional tax fees.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the ordered items and your shipping information. Please double-check these (country, street number, company name, unit, etc.) and contact us promptly if there is any mistake. If you did not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Order Processing and Shipping Times
Orders are packed within 1-3 business days. Our warehouse is located in NJ, USA, and the delivery time for orders in the East of the U.S. may take 5-7 business days. For orders in the western United States, delivery time may take 10-12 business days. However, for some orders with high delivery time requirements, please note the relevant requirements at the time of payment, and we will speed up the processing of your order. Otherwise, we will follow the normal process.
Shipping Method
We utilize Truck Delivery for all orders. This method has been chosen for its reliability and efficiency, ensuring that your items arrive safely and in a timely manner. We currently collaborate with major truck companies such as FlexGround, CEVA Logistics, ABF, SEKO, and others.
Tracking Information
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier’s information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. You can track your items here after 24 hours.
Delivery Time
Delivery can take longer during peak periods. It may be delayed for 5 business days for any special situations. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.
Damage and Missing Items
If your order has been damaged during transit, please immediately email service@epachois.com within 3 business days after receiving your shipping. Please send us a picture of the damaged item. If possible, please also record any issue concerning the delivery (damaged/soaked package, torn/bent products, etc.) when you receive your order.
If your order is lost, please contact our support team at service@epachois.com to inquire about a refund or replacement.
Change My Shipping Address
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email service@epachois.com as soon as you can. The earlier we know, the better we can assist in correcting the address before shipment.
About Tax
There will be no additional charges once you have placed your order successfully. In some cases, there may be VAT or other taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by your destination country. However, based on our experience, this is very rare. If you still have concerns about the tax, please refer to your local customs policy. We are happy to assist if there’s anything we can do.
Delivery Time Exceeded
Delivery times may experience delays due to unexpected situations such as customs inspection, severe weather, strikes, etc. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email at service@epachois.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will check the situation with the transportation company and provide you with an update. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Please Note
When encountering force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed quickly when weather permits.
Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Any package returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be re-shipped at your expense.
You must pay the shipping fee for the returned product if it’s not a quality issue.
